Katharine is an independent Education Consultant with over 25 years experience. She specialises in designing inspiring Early Years curricula, drawing from her extensive involvement in the Merton Borough expansion plan while Headmistress at Poplar Primary School.

Lucy is an absolute expert in Nursery provision. As the founder of her own nursery, Little Angels in Uppingham and the Profitable Nursery Academy, she is a brings a wealth of knowledge on the crucial aspect of recruiting, training and retaining Nursery Staff.
