Our bespoke service is based on the three core and sequential elements of effective marketing: Research and Insight, which informs Strategy and Planning, which in turn directs Brand Communication.

We stem from a retail design and communication background and have spent the last 10 years becoming experts in schools marketing requirements, working both with schools and in them.

We now combine this knowledge to help schools reach their target audiences in order to grow and thrive.

Using the latest research and communication techniques and technologies, our end-to-end method will assist you to successfully communicate your school brand through all channels, on all platforms to the right families.

Strategy and Creative Director

Carolyn is a trained designer who has won a number of D&AD awards for her work with some of the biggest names in retail.

She moved from design to management consultancy and now combines the two to create effective and creative marketing strategies and creative design solutions for schools.

She is a member of D&AD, RSA and the Market Research Society.

Justin

Justin Webster

Managing Director

Justin’s background is in account management but has taken on responsibility for all technical, production & artwork and financial aspects of running Reed Brand Communication. If it’s a backroom role, he’ll be dealing with it!

On the occasions when he’s not locked into his computer Justin likes nothing better than to let off steam drumming with his band.

Katie’s background is in research, initially in the retail sector and then in management consultancy.  

She is passionate about unearthing relevant and interesting data to help schools create effective marketing strategies.

She is a member of the Market Research Society.
